Withdrawal and Return Form

Valid only for purchase contracts within the EU.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this
form
in full and send it to

Please note the following information and conditions:

Exclusions from return

1. Food supplements and food products that are no longer sealed.
   Nutritional products can only be returned if they are originally packaged,
   unopened and sealed. Otherwise, for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
   they are no longer suitable for resale.
2. Goods that must be kept within a cold or frozen chain, that are perishable
   or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded are generally excluded from return.
3. Media, printed material and computer software in a sealed package if the seal
   has been removed after delivery.
4. Electronic media, downloads or e-books once the download has been completed.

Please pack the goods for protection in the original shipping carton or another
sturdy outer carton. Enclose the fully completed withdrawal/return form.
If possible, also include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

IMPORTANT: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are free to choose the carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value
is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics
and functioning of the goods.
