ActiveBRAVO probiotic: Your ferment complex for natural defense, vibrant gut flora, and healthy digestion
Our immune system begins in the gut: About 70% of our defense cells are located here. However, this delicate ecosystem is easily thrown out of balance by modern lifestyles, processed foods, and stress. What our microbiome needs is not isolated bacterial strains from the lab, but living diversity – combined with what nature intended as the first immune protection: colostrum.
ActiveBRAVO probiotic is our ferment powder for preparing live yogurt in your own kitchen. At the center is colostrum, the precious first milk that provides newborns with natural antibodies, immune factors, and enzymes. Combined with active bacterial cultures and a prebiotic matrix of resistant dextrin, a complex ecosystem with over 100 probiotic strains develops during fermentation.
The special feature: The colostrum provides valuable enzymes such as ß-galactosidase and sialidase, which are important for the body’s immune response. At the same time, the resistant dextrin serves as a food base for lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, and co. This produces short-chain fatty acids like butyrate, which support both the intestinal mucosa and the immune defenses. A living system instead of dead powder cultures.
This is how you nourish your microbiome and your natural defenses with ActiveBRAVO – with a yogurt that you ferment yourself and whose quality you control. Free from additives, non-GMO, and Made in Germany.
When Active BRAVO probiotic is particularly useful:
- If you want to specifically support your natural defenses
- After phases where your immune system was particularly challenged
- If you want to build your gut microbiome with live cultures
- After times when your gut flora has become unbalanced
- For those who rely on colostrum as a traditional immune nutrient
- If you prefer to make fermented foods yourself rather than buy them
Why we developed ActiveBRAVO probiotic:
Most probiotics deliver isolated strains: But in the gut, they often lack the vitality of a truly fermented food. We wanted more: A ferment that combines the immune power of colostrum with the biodiversity of traditional milk fermentation. The result is ActiveBRAVO probiotic – a product that you bring to life yourself.

When taking probiotics, people often think of capsules with billions of germs or “probiotic” yogurts and drinks from the supermarket – but hardly anyone asks: Do these cultures even arrive alive in the gut, and do they find what they need to survive?

Living Synergy Instead of Isolated Strains
Nature knows no monocultures, and neither does your gut. A healthy microbiome thrives on diversity, interaction, and living processes. ActiveBRAVO probiotic follows this principle: Colostrum provides natural immune factors and enzymes, active bacterial cultures ensure diversity, and resistant dextrin nourishes the good bacteria as a prebiotic foundation. Only in the interplay – during fermentation in your kitchen – does a complex ecosystem with over 100 probiotic strains emerge.
The Main Components in Detail
- Colostrum: The Immune Guardian
Imagine colostrum as the first shield nature developed for newborns: packed with antibodies, enzymes, and immune factors that immediately strengthen the immature immune system. This precious first milk contains enzymes like ß-galactosidase and sialidase, which are also valuable for adults – nutrients that are no longer present in regular milk. - Active Bacterial Cultures: The Settlers
Lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, lactococci, and enterococci are like pioneers establishing a new home in your gut. During fermentation, they multiply and form a diverse community of over 100 strains – a living ecosystem that enriches your gut flora and supports digestion. - Starter Cultures: The Pioneers
Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are the architects of the fermentation process. They convert lactose into lactic acid, creating an acidic environment – like fertile soil where probiotic cultures can optimally settle and multiply. - Resistant Dextrin: The Nutrient Base
What good are the best settlers without food? Resistant dextrin is the buffet for your good bacteria – a prebiotic fiber that specifically feeds bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. As a thank you, they produce short-chain fatty acids like butyrate, which nourish and strengthen your intestinal mucosa.
The Metamorphosis: From Powder to Primal Immune Protection
What you hold in your hands is not yet the finished product: It is the beginning of a transformation. Like a caterpillar developing into a butterfly in a cocoon, ActiveBRAVO unfolds its full power only through fermentation. In 24 to 48 hours, what no factory in the world can replicate happens in your kitchen: From a few initial cultures, a living ecosystem with over 100 probiotic strains emerges. The colostrum combines with the cultures, the resistant dextrin nourishes the growing bacterial community, enzymes are activated, short-chain fatty acids are formed. The result is not a dead powder, not an industrially manufactured drink, but living primal immune protection, fresh and powerful, as nature intended.

Your BRAVO Yogurt – From Preparation to Enjoyment
Preparation:
The preparation of BRAVO yogurt in your kitchen is simple:
- Boil 1 liter of milk while stirring, then let it cool to about 40°C (do not stir)
- Remove the milk skin
- Add about 200 ml of the lukewarm milk to a glass bowl, stir in 1 sachet of ActiveBRAVO (optional: 5 ml olive oil)
- Add the remaining milk and mix well
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and let it rest at room temperature (21–30°C) for 24–48 hours – do not move, do not stir!
- After reaching the gel consistency, mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Tip: It is best to use cow’s whole milk with 3.8% fat in organic quality – it provides the highest quality protein and nutrient content for your BRAVO yogurt.
Consumption:
Take a moment for your microbiome every day:
Adults: About 140 ml of BRAVO yogurt daily
Children: Adjust the daily amount according to body weight
When is the best time? After or together with a fiber-rich meal – for example, stirred in with ColoSTABIL®.
Tip:
- Stir well before consumption
- Do not add sugar or artificial sweeteners – these inactivate the beneficial bacteria
- Also watch out for hidden sweeteners in drinks and food (gum, soft drinks, etc.)
Storage:
Finished yogurt: Keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze.
Ferment powder: Store sealed, protected from light and moisture in the refrigerator. In the freezer, it is shelf-stable for up to 12 months longer.
Good to know:
- Vegetarian (contains colostrum from cow’s milk)
- Suitable for ketogenic diets

Product Background:
Probiotics, Colostrum & Fermentation: Why real cultures make the difference for your microbiome
Do you sometimes feel sluggish, even though you eat healthily? Does your stomach bother you, even though you haven’t eaten anything unusual? Or do you feel that your immune system isn’t as robust as it used to be? Often the answer lies deep within us – in the gut, where trillions of microorganisms determine our well-being.
The Problem: A Microbiome Out of Balance
Our gut hosts around 100 trillion bacteria – a complex ecosystem that influences digestion, the immune system, and even our mood. However, modern lifestyles, processed foods, stress, and environmental burdens easily disrupt this delicate balance. The result: The diversity of the gut flora decreases, unfavorable bacteria gain the upper hand, and important functions suffer.
Many then turn to probiotics – but here the next problem begins: Industrial probiotic capsules often contain only a few isolated strains, which hardly arrive alive in the gut after months of storage. And the “probiotic” yogurts from the supermarket? Often only 1–2 strains, but lots of sugar and flavors. No trace of real diversity.
The Solution: Living Fermentation Instead of Dead Lab Cultures
ActiveBRAVO probiotic takes a different path. Instead of isolated strains from the lab, it relies on what has worked for millennia: real fermentation. In your own kitchen, the ferment powder becomes a living yogurt with over 100 probiotic strains – fresh, diverse, and vital.
The special feature: ActiveBRAVO combines this diversity of cultures with colostrum, the precious first milk that provides newborns with natural antibodies, enzymes, and immune factors. In addition, resistant dextrin serves as a prebiotic fiber – the perfect food for the good bacteria. Only in the interplay of these three components does the full power unfold.
What Makes ActiveBRAVO Probiotic Special
- Real Diversity: Over 100 probiotic strains through natural fermentation
- Colostrum: Natural antibodies, enzymes, and immune factors from the first milk
- Prebiotic Matrix: Resistant dextrin nourishes the cultures and promotes butyrate production
- Maximum Freshness: Self-fermented in your kitchen – no months of storage
- Pure Recipe: Free from sugar, flavors, additives, and GMOs
- Economical: 13 liters of live yogurt for 3 months from one pack
Easy Preparation for Daily Enjoyment
The preparation of BRAVO yogurt is uncomplicated: Boil milk, let it cool, stir in ActiveBRAVO, ferment for 24–48 hours – done. 140 ml daily after a fiber-rich meal is enough to supply your microbiome with live cultures.
ActiveBRAVO probiotic combines millennia-old fermentation knowledge with the immune power of colostrum – for a gut flora as nature intended. Fresh. Alive. Homemade.
FAQ & Frequently Asked Questions about ActiveBRAVO probiotic
Industrial probiotic capsules usually contain only 5–15 isolated lab strains, whose germ count steadily decreases during storage. With ActiveBRAVO probiotic, over 100 live probiotic strains are created through fresh fermentation in your kitchen – a complex ecosystem that no capsule product can replicate. Additionally, the cultures are fresh and vital, not stored for months.
Industrial “probiotic” yogurts often contain only 1–2 bacterial strains, along with sugar, flavors, and additives. ActiveBRAVO probiotic provides over 100 strains through real fermentation, additionally contains colostrum with natural immune factors, and is free from sugar and additives. Furthermore, one pack produces 13 liters of yogurt for 3 months, which is significantly cheaper in the long run than buying small bottles or cups daily.
Colostrum is the first milk produced by mammals in the first hours after birth – packed with antibodies, enzymes, and immune factors that immediately protect the newborn. These valuable ingredients are no longer present in regular milk. In ActiveBRAVO probiotic, colostrum provides natural immunoglobulins as well as enzymes like ß-galactosidase and sialidase, which are also valuable for adults.
The active working time is only about 15–20 minutes: Boil milk, let it cool, stir in ActiveBRAVO. Then the yogurt ferments on its own at room temperature for 24–48 hours. You don’t have to do anything else. With a yogurt maker at a constant 40°C, the yogurt is ready in just 10–12 hours.
Cow’s whole milk with 3.8% fat in organic quality is best – it provides the highest quality protein and nutrient content. Goat or sheep milk also works. Not suitable are: low-fat milk, UHT milk, lactose-free milk, milk from milk powder, and plant drinks like soy, almond, or oat milk.
Yes, in most cases. During fermentation, most of the lactose is broken down by lactic acid bacteria. BRAVO yogurt is almost lactose-free after complete fermentation (24–48 hours). For high sensitivity, we recommend starting with a smaller amount and testing tolerance.
For adults, we recommend about 140 ml of BRAVO yogurt daily, ideally after or together with a fiber-rich meal. For children, the amount should be adjusted according to body weight. Important: Do not add sugar or artificial sweeteners – these can impair the beneficial bacteria.
Finished BRAVO yogurt can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze, as this damages the live cultures. Unopened ferment powder should be stored in the refrigerator – in the freezer, the shelf life is extended by up to 12 months.
Yes, ActiveBRAVO probiotic can be well combined with other products. Particularly useful is the combination with ColoSTABIL® (fiber), which you can stir directly into the yogurt – this way you supply your microbiome with live cultures and additional prebiotic food at the same time.
No, ActiveBRAVO probiotic is not vegan, as it contains colostrum from cow’s milk and requires mammal milk for preparation. However, it is suitable for vegetarians. A vegan alternative for gut flora would be our product ColoSTABIL® as a purely plant-based fiber source.
