Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices quoted by dr reinwald vital ltd for the consumer include the statutory value added tax. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR).
Any shipping costs will be charged additionally, unless otherwise provided for, and are to be paid by the customer. The shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
All changes, errors and misprints are reserved. In particular, dr reinwald vital ltd may make price and other changes at any time without prior notice. Consultancy and support services are not included in the sales prices.
4. Conclusion of contract
The offers on this website constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and/or services from dr reinwald vital ltd. By placing an order via this website, including acceptance of these GTC, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
dr reinwald vital ltd will then send an automatic “order confirmation” by email, which confirms that the customer’s offer has been received by dr reinwald vital ltd. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer has no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded as soon as dr reinwald vital ltd sends a declaration of acceptance “order confirmation” by email, in which the dispatch of the ordered products or services is confirmed.
Orders will only be delivered after receipt of payment in full (exception: payment by invoice) and provided that the goods are available. If it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, dr reinwald vital ltd shall be entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. If the customer’s payment has already been received by dr reinwald vital ltd, the payment will be refunded to the customer in full or in part. If payment has not yet been made, the customer shall be released from the obligation to pay. dr reinwald vital ltd shall not be obliged to make a replacement delivery in the event of cancellation of the contract.
5. Payment options and retention of title
The payment options specified in the order process are available to the customer.
dr reinwald vital ltd reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options or to insist on payment in advance without giving reasons.
dr reinwald vital ltd may charge interest on arrears of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of EUR 20.- per reminder if the customer is in default of payment. The customer expressly accepts the costs charged by dr reinwald vital ltd for collection and damage caused by default.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of dr reinwald vital ltd until payment has been made in full. dr reinwald vital ltd reserves the right to withhold or completely refuse further deliveries in the event of non-acceptance of ordered goods or default in payment. In such cases, the customer accepts to compensate dr reinwald vital ltd for the damage caused by the customer.
The customer will only choose the payment option “payment by invoice” if he is willing and able to correctly meet the payment deadline listed on the invoice and to pay the invoice amount in full. Otherwise, the customer chooses the payment option “credit card”, “PayPal” or “prepayment”. Should the customer choose the payment option “payment by invoice” and fail to settle the invoice, the customer expressly accepts the accusation of deliberately causing damage to dr reinwald vital ltd with all the resulting legal consequences and costs for the customer.
6 Delivery, duty to inspect, notice of defects and return
Deliveries are sent by post, DHL or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing shall take place by eMail and/or by post. With the dispatch, benefit and risk shall pass to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, dr reinwald vital ltd may dissolve the contract after notifying the customer of the complaint by e-mail and setting a reasonable deadline as well as charging the customer for the costs incurred.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects (e.g. shortage or transport damage) immediately in writing by e-mail or letter to the service addresses (see imprint). Any notification later than 3 days after delivery of the package cannot be considered.
Returns to dr reinwald vital ltd shall be made for the account and at the risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address given by dr reinwald vital ltd in (see imprint).
If the inspection by dr reinwald vital ltd reveals that the goods have no identifiable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, dr reinwald vital ltd may charge the customer for the effort involved, the return shipment or any disposal.
7. Revocation and return
Revocation only applies to purchase contracts within the EU. If you wish to cancel the contract, please complete the revocation form (see revocation) and send it to [email protected] within 14 days.
Please note the following information and conditions. Excluded from return are:
- Food supplements and foodstuffs that are no longer sealed. Nutritional products can only be taken back in their original packaging, closed and sealed. Otherwise they are no longer marketable for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
- Goods that must be kept in a refrigeration or freezer chain, that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded; are generally excluded from return.
- Media, printed goods, computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Electronic media, downloads or e-books when the download has been completed
Returns to dr reinwald vital ltd shall be made at the expense and at the risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and the revocation form to the return address specified by dr reinwald vital ltd in (see imprint).
The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by the customer which is not necessary to check the nature, quality and functioning of the goods.
8. Warranty
dr reinwald vital ltd always endeavours to deliver goods in perfect quality. In the event of defects notified in good time, dr reinwald vital ltd shall guarantee that the item purchased by the customer is free of defects during the statutory warranty period of generally two years from the date of delivery. It is at the discretion of dr reinwald vital ltd to provide the warranty through free repair, equivalent replacement or refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, or defects attributable to external circumstances. The warranty for consumables and wear parts is also excluded.
dr reinwald vital ltd is not able to provide any assurances or guarantees for the up-to-dateness, completeness and correctness of the data as well as for the constant or undisturbed availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks and further contents. In particular, no representations or warranties are made that the use of the website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by dr reinwald vital ltd.
9. Liability
dr reinwald vital ltd excludes all liability, irrespective of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against dr reinwald vital ltd and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. dr reinwald vital ltd shall in particular not be liable for indirect damage and consequential damage caused by a defect, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage and pure financial loss of the customer. Further mandatory legal liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.

11. Further provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective or unenforceable or subsequently lose their legal effectiveness or enforceability, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provisions.
In the event of disputes, exclusively substantive Cypriot law shall apply to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
