Successfully and permanently lose weight – without yoyo effect and hunger pangs

Do you also want to get rid of a few pesky pounds? Wonderful! We can never do enough for our body and our health. However, most diets have a huge problem: they are not particularly sustainable and are a single ordeal for the organism. The so-called yo-yo effect is pre-programmed. This is exactly where our revolutionary metabolic program comes in: dr. reinwald metabolic regulation® is not simply a diet. We combine a low-carbohydrate diet with a high-quality protein and fat supply, effective support of the body’s own detoxification system, and sufficient exercise. In our experience, the combination of these building blocks is THE key to healthy weight loss without hunger pangs and yo-yo effect!

Lose weight without yoyo effect

Most diets are based on fasting or severe calorie reduction. In most cases, we then suffer not only from hunger during the weight loss phase, but also from a lack of vital nutrients such as fats, proteins and micronutrients.

Especially the renunciation of proteins over a longer period of time has devastating consequences: Since amino acids, the most important building blocks of our cells, are missing, there is a massive decrease in so-called lean organ mass. The term lean body mass refers to the important tissues worth preserving, such as skin, connective tissue, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, organs and the entire immune system. During diets, it is often precisely this lean mass that is lost instead of fat. The body then switches to “economy mode” and converts less energy. This often leads to the so-called yo-yo effect after a diet. We avoid these mistakes in our holistic metabolism program, especially by using MyAMINO®.

Conclusion: A diet for weight reduction only works with few calories, and thus without the yo-yo effect, if the basic nutritional building blocks, especially sufficient proteins, are still available. True to the motto: “If you want to lose weight, you have to eat. But the right thing!”

Back to the roots: Optimize your diet

Most of us today no longer eat according to our developmentally evolved diet, plus far too little exercise. We eat far too much denatured, carbohydrate-rich “food” that is low in protein and vital substances. We drive even the shortest ways by car or use the elevator instead of running up the stairs.

A consistent change back to a diet adapted to our human needs, as well as sufficient exercise, is therefore the first step towards better health. When it comes to healthy weight loss, this also means eating less energy-dense food, i.e. less carbohydrates and sugar, but more vital substances, especially more protein. And high-quality protein at that!

Lose weight without starving – with MyAMINO®.

Our amino acid classic MyAMINO® is the key to healthy weight loss without hunger and yo-yo effect. The great thing. As a protein substitute, MyAMINO® has almost no calories, and at the same time it provides your body with a comparable amount of actually usable amino acids as about 350 g of meat, fish or poultry.

Of course, meat eaters certainly taste a juicy prepared steak better than MyAMINO®, no question. But you can already feel a huge difference in the digestive load and build-up effect. This is because MyAMINO® does not produce any digestive end products in the intestines, which contributes to a relief of the digestive system and consequently also to a relief of the cardiovascular system. Thus, with MyAMINO® as a substitute for dietary proteins, basically any diet can be less stressful and faster.

Slim and fit through a low-carbohydrate diet

The rumor that our body needs carbohydrates still persists. Yet it has long been proven that carbohydrates are not vital for our body. Unlike essential fatty acids and amino acids, there are no essential sugars. By the way, contrary to popular belief, it is not fats that make us fat, but carbohydrates.

If our body is supplied with more carbohydrates than it can consume, it stores them in the form of glycogen in the liver and muscles. However, the storage volume is only 300 to 400 grams on average. If these stores are not emptied, for example through physical activity, newly ingested carbohydrates are converted into fat and stored. Our body, which is not designed for a high carbohydrate intake, reacts to this with weight gain and illnesses.

We therefore advocate a consistent low-carbohydrate diet. In this way, the body switches to fat metabolism, and energy production then functions by burning fat. The vegetables and fruits that are particularly suitable for our metabolism program can be found in our overview of glycemic load and glycemic index.

No losing weight without supporting the body’s own detoxification process

When we lose weight, the concentration of harmful substances in our body can increase. Therefore our credo: No “diet” without Detox!

Every day, we all absorb pollutants from environmental pollution through our skin, breathing and, of course, through our food, which our organism then stores in the fat cells. When we lose weight, our body converts fat into energy, which it needs to build lean body mass and other processes. However, this also releases possible harmful substances stored in the fat cells, such as heavy metals, pesticides, as well as other toxins, and transfers them into the bloodstream.

Therefore, the accompanying support of the body’s own detoxification work during a weight loss diet is essential to eliminate these harmful substances from our body! We achieve this by taking binding and buffering substances such as ChitosaCLEAN colon, PektiCLEAN® micro or SulfoCLEAN®.
