ChitosaCLEAN colon: Your basic detox for gut-active cleansing, natural relief, and a well-cared-for intestinal mucosa
Our gut is exposed to harmful substances every day: heavy metals from food, pesticides from fruit and vegetables, plasticizers from packaging, and medication residues from drinking water. Many people then turn to zeolite or bentonite, but not every product delivers what it promises. The consumer advice center warns: some mineral clays are themselves contaminated with heavy metals. Anyone who wants to relieve their body should not burden it at the same time.
ChitosaCLEAN colon takes a different approach. The natural chitosan fiber from crustaceans offers binding properties comparable to zeolite-bentonite, without the risk of inherent contamination. And chitosan can do something mineral clays cannot: it binds both polar substances (such as heavy metals) and non-polar substances (such as pesticides, plasticizers, and chemicals). Like a vacuum cleaner with two suction levels, it collects everything that does not belong in your gut.
But ChitosaCLEAN colon can do more than just cleanse. After the deep clean, your gut also gets the right nourishment: the high fiber content (75%) cares for the intestinal mucosa, while bioactive B vitamins – methylfolate, methylcobalamin, activated B6 (P5P), and riboflavin-5-phosphate – supply your intestinal cells with energy and support their regeneration. No cheap, inactive vitamin forms, but the forms your body can use directly.
ChitosaCLEAN colon is our basic product for gut-active relief: first cleanse, then care. 100% free from fillers and binders, gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free. Made in Germany according to the highest quality standards.
When ChitosaCLEAN colon is especially useful:
- During conscious detox and relief phases
- As support during fasting programs or dietary changes
- For smokers or in cases of increased environmental exposure (big city, industry, travel)
- As a gentle introduction to gut-active cleansing
- For anyone who wants to regularly relieve and prevent burden
- As an alternative to zeolite-bentonite – without the risk of inherent contamination
Why we developed ChitosaCLEAN colon:
We wanted a basic product that cleanses AND cares – without compromising on quality. With chitosan as a natural binding agent that binds both polar and non-polar harmful substances, and bioactive B vitamins for the regeneration of your intestinal cells. For everyone who wants more than just a mineral clay.

Anyone who wants to relieve their gut often turns to zeolite or bentonite. But consumer protection organizations warn: some mineral clays are themselves contaminated with heavy metals. And many detox products contain only cheap, inactive vitamin forms or no nutrients at all for regeneration. It is worth taking a closer look.

Synergy instead of a single substance
A single ingredient can do a lot, but its full potential is only unlocked through interaction. That is exactly the philosophy behind our complex formulas: we combine ingredients so that they reinforce and complement each other. ChitosaCLEAN colon combines natural chitosan fiber with a bioactive B-vitamin complex – because what good is the best cleanse if the gut is then left to fend for itself? While chitosan collects what does not belong in your gut like a diligent robot vacuum cleaner, the B vitamins supply your intestinal cells with energy and support their regeneration. Cleanse first, then nourish – in a carefully designed formula.
The ingredient in detail
- Chitosan (from crustaceans): the diligent robot vacuum cleaner
Imagine a little helper moving through your gut and collecting everything that does not belong there. That is exactly what chitosan does, the natural fiber from crustacean shells. What makes it special: it works with two suction levels. The first binds polar substances such as heavy metals, the second attracts non-polar substances such as pesticides, plasticizers, and chemicals. And as if that were not enough, chitosan is also prebiotic and feeds your good gut bacteria. - Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate): the guardian
While chitosan tidies up, vitamin C stands guard. It protects your cells from oxidative stress and keeps your immune system – including the one in your gut – active. - Bioactive B-vitamin complex: the regeneration team
After the deep clean, your gut needs support. That is why we have integrated a complete B complex, in the bioactive forms your body can use directly:- Vitamin B1 provides energy for cellular metabolism
- Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin-5-phosphate) supports your mucous membranes, including the intestinal mucosa
- Vitamin B6 (as P5P) supports protein metabolism and helps reduce tiredness
- Folate (as methylfolate) promotes cell division – important for the constant renewal of intestinal cells
- Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) gives your cells an extra boost for regeneration
Ingredients:
Chitosan from crustaceans (75%), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin-5-phosphate (vitamin B2), methyltetrahydrofolic acid (5-MTHF, methylfolate), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12)
Contents:
90 capsules (59 g) – sufficient for 30 days
Nutrient content per 3 capsules (daily recommendation):
Percentage: Nutrient Reference Value (NRV)
NRV = Nutrient Reference Value in accordance with EU Regulation 1169/2011
* In accordance with approved health claims for the vitamins and minerals contained (EU Regulation 432/2012).

Your daily cleansing ritual for a well-cared-for gut

Product background
Pollutants in the gut: why daily relief is so important today
Have you ever wondered what actually accumulates in your gut? Heavy metals from food, pesticides from fruit and vegetables, plasticizers from packaging, medication residues from drinking water. Day after day, substances enter our bodies that do not belong there. Our gut is the first line of defense, but it also needs support.
The problem: many detox products only cleanse – or add an extra burden
Anyone who wants to relieve their gut often turns to zeolite or bentonite. But consumer protection organizations warn: some mineral clays are themselves contaminated with heavy metals – lead, mercury, aluminum. That would be counterproductive: you would be adding an extra burden to your body instead of relieving it. In addition, most detox products bind only one type of pollutant – and do not address what happens after cleansing.
The solution: chitosan, the two-stage vacuum cleaner for your gut
ChitosaCLEAN colon takes a different approach. The natural chitosan fiber from crustacean shells offers binding properties comparable to zeolite-bentonite – without the risk of inherent contamination. And chitosan can do something mineral clays cannot: it binds both polar substances (such as heavy metals) and non-polar substances (such as pesticides, plasticizers, and chemicals). Like a robot vacuum cleaner with two suction levels, it collects everything that does not belong in your gut – and transports it out naturally.
More than just cleansing: nourishment for your gut
But ChitosaCLEAN colon can do more than just cleanse. What good is the best deep clean if the gut is then left to fend for itself? That is why we have integrated a bioactive B-vitamin complex – with methylfolate, methylcobalamin, P5P, and riboflavin-5-phosphate. These activated vitamin forms support cell division, energy metabolism, and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Not cheap, inactive standard forms – but the forms your body can use directly. Cleanse first, then nourish.
When ChitosaCLEAN colon is especially useful
ChitosaCLEAN colon is suitable as a basic product for anyone who wants to relieve their gut regularly – whether as a daily routine or as part of a course:
- During conscious detox and relief phases:
Whether it’s a spring clean for the gut or a regular cleansing routine: ChitosaCLEAN helps you get rid of accumulated burdens. - Alongside fasting programs or dietary changes:
When the body adjusts, stored substances are often released. ChitosaCLEAN helps bind them in the gut. - For smokers or increased environmental exposure:
City life, nearby industry, frequent travel – anyone regularly exposed to pollutants can use ChitosaCLEAN colon for targeted relief. - Before rich meals:
Many people take ChitosaCLEAN colon specifically before visiting a restaurant or eating foods prepared with unstable, easily oxidizing unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. repeatedly heated oils), trans fats, or heavily heated foods such as grilled dishes. In other words, whenever pollutant exposure may be higher. - As a gentle introduction to gut-active cleansing:
ChitosaCLEAN colon is our basic detox product, ideal for anyone who wants to begin internal cleansing. - For anyone who wants regular prevention:
Even without acute exposure, regular use can be useful to relieve the gut preventively.
How to support your body optimally
Take 3 capsules daily with a large glass of water – ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or 20 minutes before a meal. For a more intensive 4–6 week course, you can double the amount. We also recommend a fiber-rich diet and plenty of good water.
ChitosaCLEAN colon is our basic product for gut-active relief: a two-stage vacuum cleaner that cleanses and nourishes – with chitosan fiber and bioactive B vitamins. Made in Germany, free from fillers and binders, gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free.
FAQ and frequently asked questions about ChitosaCLEAN colon
All three are binding agents that can bind pollutants in the gut. The difference: zeolite and bentonite are mineral clays, and consumer protection organizations warn that some products may themselves be contaminated with heavy metals. Chitosan is a natural fiber from crustacean shells, where this risk does not exist. In addition, chitosan binds both polar substances (such as heavy metals) and non-polar substances (such as pesticides and plasticizers) – many mineral clays cannot do this.
Put simply: polar substances dissolve in water (such as heavy metals), non-polar substances dissolve in fat (such as pesticides, plasticizers, and many chemicals). Most binding agents can bind only one type. Chitosan is like a vacuum cleaner with two suction levels; it binds both types and thus collects everything that does not belong in your gut.
Because cleansing alone is not enough. After the deep clean, your gut needs support for regeneration. The bioactive B vitamins – methylfolate, methylcobalamin, P5P, and riboflavin-5-phosphate – support cell division, energy metabolism, and the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Cleanse first, then nourish: that is the philosophy behind ChitosaCLEAN.
Bioactive vitamin forms are the forms your body can use directly without first having to convert them. For example: methylfolate instead of synthetic folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, P5P instead of conventional vitamin B6. Many inexpensive products use the cheap, inactive forms – we do not.
Take 3 capsules daily with a large glass of water – ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or at least 20 minutes before a meal. Many people also take ChitosaCLEAN colon before meals prepared with unstable and easily oxidizing unsaturated fatty acids such as repeatedly heated oils. Especially also with contaminated foods such as grilled dishes or heavily heated fats, or whenever pollutant exposure may be higher.
For a more intensive course, you can take double the amount for 4–6 weeks (2 × 6 capsules daily).
ChitosaCLEAN colon contains chitosan from crustaceans and is therefore not vegan. For a purely plant-based alternative, we recommend PlastiCLEAN® with oyster mushrooms or PektiCLEAN® micro – our micropectin from freshwater seagrass. Both also bind pollutants, although PektiCLEAN®, unlike PlastiCLEAN, works at the cellular level.
No. ChitosaCLEAN contains chitosan from crustaceans and is not suitable if you have an allergy to crustaceans. In this case, please switch to our vegan PektiCLEAN micro.
Yes, ChitosaCLEAN colon can be combined well with other products. Supplementing with AlgaeDHA, our vegan omega-3 fatty acids, is particularly useful.
Since chitosan binds substances in the gut, we recommend leaving at least 1–2 hours between ChitosaCLEAN colon and other food supplements such as AlgaeDHA or medications. This ensures that ChitosaCLEAN can effectively carry out its cleansing work and that your body can optimally absorb the valuable omega-3 fatty acids at the staggered time.
In general, we recommend leaving 1–2 hours between taking different products.
Both are binding agents, but they work in different places. ChitosaCLEAN colon binds pollutants in the gut. It is our basic product for gut-active cleansing. PektiCLEAN® micro goes deeper: the low-molecular-weight micropectin penetrates cell tissue and binds where chlorella and chitosan cannot reach. Many people use both products as complements – ChitosaCLEAN® or PlastiCLEAN® for the gut, PektiCLEAN® micro for deep cellular cleansing.
One pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended daily dose of 3 capsules, one pack lasts for 30 days. During a course with double the amount (6 capsules daily), it lasts for 15 days accordingly.
