Cucumber Drink

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 stalks dill
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp FlamEXX comp
  • 2 cl MyREGULATE
  • salt, white pepper

Preparation:

  • Wash the cucumber and pat dry.
  • Cut it into a few thin slices and put them on the side. Cut the rest of the cucumber into rough cubes.
  • Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  • Puree the cucumber cubes, the dill together with the buttermilk and the yogurt in a blender until creamy.
  • Add MyREGULATE and FlamEXX and mix again briefly.
  • Then season the cucumber drink with a little salt and pepper, fill into 2 glasses and decorate with the cucumber slices.

 

Melon smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 200 g watermelon pulp
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 80 g Greek yogurt
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp FlameXX comp
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE

Preparation:

  • Cut open the watermelon and remove 2 scoops with the scoop and set aside.
  • Remove the watermelon seeds from the remaining pulp and roughly dice.
  • Finely puree the pulp cubes with the buttermilk, yogurt and remaining ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses.
  • Put melon balls on toothpicks and garnish decoratively with them.

Avocado shake

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

Preparation:

  • Cut open the avocado, remove the pit and loosen the flesh with a spoon.
  • Puree together with the buttermilk, MyREGULATE, VitalBASE and FlamEXX comp with a magic wand or blender.
  • Then season to taste with a little lime juice.
  • Decorate the avocado shake with some thin lime slices and some mint.

 

Blueberry blackberry smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 100 g fresh blueberries (alternatively frozen goods)
  • 100 g fresh blackberries (alternatively frozen)
  • 250 g milk (full fat)
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp FlameXX comp
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE
  • optional ½ tsp birch sugar

Preparation:

  • Wash the berries and drain well – set aside 2 tablespoons of them for decoration.
  • Put the blueberries and blackberries in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Then put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fine.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining berries.

 

Spinach smoothie with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 125 g baby spinach
  • 2 stems thyme
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 10 g dried tomatoes
  • 150 ml milk (full fat)
  • 2 tsp FlameXX comp
  • 2 cl MyREGULATE
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE
  • salt, cayenne pepper
  • a few squirts of lemon juice
  • also a handful of ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Wash the baby spinach, spin dry and then roughly chop.
  • Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
  • Put the chopped spinach, tomatoes, ice cubes, thyme, MyREGULATE and VitalBASE in a blender and puree.
  • Add the milk little by little.
  • Season the smoothie with salt, cayenne pepper and a little lemon juice and pour into 2 glasses.

Currant drink

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 250 g red currants
  • 200 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 150 ml whey
  • 20 g ground walnut kernels
  • 3 teaspoons VitalBASE
  • optionally some stevia to taste
  • cooled good water to fill up and if necessary 4 tbsp. crushed ice

Preparation:

  • Wash the currants, pat dry and set aside some currants for decoration.
  • Finely puree the berries with yogurt, VitalBASE and whey.
  • Add the walnuts and the ice – add some stevia if necessary – and blend again briefly.
  • Pour the drink into 2 glasses, fill up with water as desired and garnish with the berries.

Avocado mascarpone shake

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 2 avocado (Hass)
  • 100 g spinach heart
  • 80 g kale
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 200 g fresh organic cream (min. 30 % fat content)
  • 4 tbsp. linseed oil
  • 4 tbsp. MCT oil
  • good water
  • 2 cl MyREGULATE
  • 2 tsp FlamEXX comp
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE

Preparation:

  • Cut open the avocado, remove the pit and loosen the flesh with a spoon.
  • Put the avocado flesh in the blender with the spinach heart and kale and add the dr.reinwald ingredients and a little water and blend.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and add a little water and blend on high speed.
  • Finally, add as much cream or water until you get a drinkable liquid.
  • Optionally add chia seeds or flax seeds.

 

Buttermilk with beet juice

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 200 ml beet juice (without added sugar)
  • 2 tsp linseed oil
  • 2 tsp grated fresh horseradish
  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • 3 cl MyREGULATE

Preparation:

  • Mix the beet juice with the linseed oil and the horseradish.
  • Add MyREGULATE and pour into tall glasses.
  • Then carefully pour the buttermilk and draw a marble pattern into the drink with a skewer.

Cucumber-Mint Shake

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 200 g cucumber
  • 40 g almond paste
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 400 ml good water
  • 200 g fresh organic cream (min. 30 % fat content)
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp FlamEXX comp
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE
  • 2 tsp mint
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • Wash the cucumber, pat dry and cut into rough cubes.
  • Wash the mint, shake it dry and put some leaves on the side.
  • Put the cucumber pieces, cream, almond paste and coconut oil in a blender and puree.
  • Then add FlameXX comp, VitalBASE, the mint and the lemon juice.
  • Blend again briefly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and decorate with a few mint leaves.

Yogurt Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 200 ml:

  • ½ large ripe pomegranate
  • 125 g fresh blueberries (alternatively frozen)
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 ml milk (full fat alternatively almond milk)
  • optionally some honey to taste
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE
  • 2 tsp FlameXX comp

Preparation:

  • At the calyx base of the pomegranate, cut out a wedge-shaped piece.
  • When holding over a bowl, you can break the fruit apart with a little pressure. This will allow the fruit seeds to fall out.
  • Remove light-colored intermediate skins and set aside a few seeds.
  • Place the remaining pomegranate seeds in a blender, puree and pass through a sieve – collecting the juice.
  • Wash the berries and pat dry, then add to the blender with the pomegranate juice, yogurt and dr.reinwald ingredients.
  • Add the milk, blend again and season with a little honey if desired.
  • Pour the drink into 2 glasses, and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.

Almond-Vanilla Keto Shake

Ingredients for 2 glasses á 250 ml:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 480 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 vanilla beans
  • ½ handful of almonds
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE

Preparation:

  • Finely chop the almonds and set aside.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend for about 10 to 20 seconds.
  • Then pour the shake into 2 glasses and garnish with the chopped almonds.

Chocolate Almond Keto Shake

Ingredients for 4 glasses á 200 ml:

  • 720 ml coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 80 ml fresh organic cream
  • ½ handful of almonds
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ fresh vanilla bean
  • 3 tsp VitalBASE
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 10 to 20 seconds.
  • Then pour the shake into 2 glasses and garnish with some cocoa powder.
